The Living Stress Free Wellness Support Group is for those who have taken an LSF class, course or workshop, and want to reinforce what was learned from these past experiences in a group format. The teachings and practical tools imparted through the Living Stress Free Wellness Program, Its Never Too Late To Do Nothing book study course, Finding Perfection in an Imperfect World, The Spiritual Breakthrough: Overcoming Your Limitations, and other weekend workshops offered at Living Stress Free, shared many helpful practices to lower stress and improve health, happiness, and fulfillment in all areas of life. The challenge for many participants who enjoyed these opportunities in the past is how to consistently practice the techniques offered in the midst of their busy, stressful lives now.
The LSF Wellness Support Group meets monthly to reinforce the teachings, share breakthroughs as well as challenges, and review the LSF practices to increase understanding and enhance inspiration. There is time for open discussion to problem solve specific issues with other students who are familiar with the LSF practices and consult with the creators of the LSF teachings. Group support is a powerful means to stay on track and be part of a caring community. Included in each support group is LSF meditation practice, the foundation of all the LSF practices.
