When and where does the Women's Self-Care Support Group Meet?

Usually, the last Wednesday of each month 7:00-8:30PM at our LSF main office in Rochester NY

How much does the monthly group cost?
Only $30 per group
Where are retreats usually held?
It varies. One-day retreats are usually scheduled in the Rochester NY/Monroe County NY vicinity. Weekend retreats are often in the Finger Lakes Region or other scenic locations in New York State.
Who facilitates transformational retreats?
Marilyn Guadagnino is the retreat leader. She has additional facilitators join her, depending on the retreat. Her Hatha Yoga facilitator is Erin Polito.

Women's Self-Care Support Group with Marilyn Guadagnino

A multi-generational gathering of like-minded women looking to prioritize self-care in their life. We meet once per month to share about life experiences, gain insights through group wisdom, and participate in self-care activities to nurture mind, body, and spirit. Some of these activities include group meditation, sound baths, soul collage, drum circles, yoga practices, mindful walking, and creative journaling.

Women's Transformational Retreats

LSF Women’s Transformational Retreats provide an immersion experience in a half-day, one-day or weekend retreat format. The purpose for these retreat opportunities is to help each participant balance and heal the mind, body, and spirit. The ultimate in self-care, each retreat is focused on a particular theme designed to create inner serenity, calm the mind, and provide profound transformation. Sharing this incredible experience with other women looking to relax, rejuvenate, and renew their sense of confidence and clarity is truly amazing.

Women's Online Opportunities

LSF Women’s Empowerment offers virtual opportunities for nurturing the mind, body, and spirit through courses, workshops, and online meditation. Specific topics will be introduced to educate, inspire, and promote new understandings to support confidence, self-love, and spiritual enhancement. Using yoga philosophy, eastern traditions, and metaphysical ideas, these online opportunities can transform each participant toward healthy change and an improved overall outlook of life.
