A Monthly Women’s Support Group
Women’s Self-Care Support Group provides a once-per-month opportunity to prioritize self-care, share ideas as well as challenges with other like-minded women, and benefit from group inspiration. Each group includes specific activities and techniques designed to help lower stress, promote insight-oriented discussion, and cultivate confidence and motivation for healthy change.
When? Last Wednesday of each month 7:00-8:30pm
Where? Living Stress Free Main Office in Rochester NY and at selected venues.
MARCH 26th Group will be at FREQUENCY Wellness – see description below.
Cost? Only $30 per group!
Pre-Requisites:
Attend a Living Stress-Free Women’s Retreat
Participate in other LSF services
Complete at least one group screening session with Marilyn Guadagnino (Cost $25)

Wednesday, March 26th, Women's Group will be held at a special venue: Frequency Wellness at 34 Elton Street in Rochester NY
We will have a slightly different time for this group - 6:45 pm - 8:00 pm
This space will be perfect for a sound bath meditation and walking meditation.
Details regarding parking and directions to the space will be sent after you register.
